What is the most important thing to look for in a ballroom dance partner? Skills? Physical build? Style?

Commitment to improvement, and the potential to improve.

Telemark, can you define "the potential to improve" a little bit more? How can I see that in a potential partner?

Thanks!

Babyruth. Put your final choice in the hands of a competant professional. They should be able to see if the potential is there. Its really hard to turn a person down if they are not suitable but remember your whole dancing future depends on making the right choice.
Good Luck.
